Andrew & Jess Rushton of Benlock Jerseys at Fairy Dell recently hosted the Central Dairy Business Network meeting with local members and explained how their robotic milking system is working and answered questions.

Their automated milking system (AMS) consists of 4 Lely Astronaut milking robots setup designed to facilitate A-B-C grazing year-round.

Discussion was also around planning going into 2026-2027 season with feed options. Water Partners client specialist Peter Costello discussed potential water availability.
